  1. Sebastian Vettel started from the pole for the 11th time this season as Formula 1 raced in Singapore.

Vettel took off at the start and built up a three and a half second lead over Jenson Button in the first three laps.

A scary incident for former World Champ Michael Schumacher. On lap 29 Schumacher was trying to make a move around Sergio Perez and got into the Sauber's right rear. Schumacher went airborne for a moment and then crashed head-on into the safety barrier.

Schumacher got out of the car okay and told Speed's Will Buxton "it was just a racing incident."

At the front Vettel was running away with it, but in the closing laps there was a question about his fuel. Vettel slowed allowing Button to close the gap somewhat, but Sebastian held on to get the win, his ninth of the season.

Button, who was held up by some lapped traffic the final couple of laps, finished second followed by Mark Webber in third.
