NHRA Racer Brian Olatunji Finalist To Co-Host LIVE!With Kelly

  1. Detroit, MI - July 3, 2012 – Up and coming NHRA Funny Car driver Brian Olatunji has been
    selected as a finalist to co-host LIVE!with Kelly. After a nationwide search 25 finalists were
    chosen and fan votes will help decide who the winner will be. Brian Olatunji a 15 year drag
    racing veteran has competed in a variety of NHRA categories from Super Gas to Top Alcohol
    Funny Car. 2012 will mark the year Brian Olatunji will look to make his mark in the Pro Modified
    division with Harold Martin Motorsports.

    The Detroit native is looking forward to sitting next to Emmy award winning superstar, Kelly Ripa
    for a day; however he needs your help. Fans can vote for Brian Olatunji by going to
    www.CohostSearch.com and leaving a comment that says “Brian Olatunji.” Another way to vote
    is through Twitter, by mentioning “Brian Olatunji” and using the hash tag #CohostSearch. Fans
    can also "LIKE" and comment on the YouTube video at .

    The 25 finalists will be narrowed to 10, on Tuesday July 10, 2012. Olatunji is also in the process
    of filming for a new television series in which he will be starring on SPEED. The new TV show is
    set to debut this fall. The reality series will highlight what it takes to make it as a professional
    race car driver and his quest from, relatively unknown to competing with the best in the world.
    During filming Olatunji hopes to secure his NHRA Nitro Funny Car license with ambitions to join
    the NHRA Full Throttle Series during the 2013 season.
