BROWNSBURG, Ind. - Along with being the largest team in NHRA drag racing, Don Schumacher Racing is also one of the most decorated. After collecting two wins in the first two races of the season, DSR drivers have amassed 176 career wins along with nine NHRA championships. The first of two fan contests begins today and runs through April 4 by following DSR on Facebook and Twitter. Today marks the start of DSR's Countdown to 200 Wins contest by taking a look back at wins earned by current and past DSR drivers. Since its inception in 1998, Don Schumacher Racing has earned 176 national event wins across the four professional categories - Top Fuel, Funny Car, Pro Stock and Pro Stock Motorcycle - in the NHRA Full Throttle Drag Racing Series. Race fans can earn prizes by correctly guessing the number of wins by certain DSR drivers by following the seven-car team's Twitter.com account (@shoeracing) and Facebook page (www.facebook.com/shoeracing). DSR will post a driver-specific photo courtesy of Auto Imagery that shows a DSR winner on Facebook and Twitter, and then fans can enter by guessing how many DSR wins that driver had and send it to askDSR@shoeracing.com. The contest begins with team owner Don Schumacher and his total NHRA wins as a driver. Winners will be selected at random and can only win once. Once a winner is selected they will receive an autographed item from a DSR driver. The second level of Countdown to 200 Wins will begin after DSR wins its 189th title. From: Jeff Wolf
